Blended from reserve wines selected for their superb fruit character.
“Fonseca Bin nº27 was created over a century ago for family consumption, and only released commercially in 1972. It is produced primarily from wines from Fonseca’s own vines in the Cima Corgo and thus shows an exceptional quality and consistency from year to year. Blended from reserve wines selected for their superb fruit character and depth of colour, its well-knit structure, rich, velvety full body and luscious blackcurrant and cherry flavours, also dominant in the bouquet, finish on an intense, lingering note.

It’s wildly exotic and delicately spicy.
Rediscover the glamour of yesteryear with this sensual Saffron gin from the house of Gabriel Boudier. It’s wildly exotic and delicately spicy, crafted in small batches using a traditional pot still infused with saffron and fresh botanicals including juniper, coriander, lemon, orange peel, angelica seeds, iris and fennel. The unique recipe was discovered in the archives of the colonial past when France and England both claimed India as their jewel and gin was at the height of fashion. Amazing in cocktails or simply divine with tonic and a slice of orange on a summer afternoon.
Top Rated Vintage Port 2011
Wine from three quintas – Panascal, Cruzeiro and Santo António. Dense and minty, graceful minerally fruit, seemingly soft and voluptuous initially, the tannins build in the mouth leading to a long, linear finish. Very fine.
