Well fruited entry and mid-palate, focused but lush. Long mineral spice finish.

After harvest the grapes were quickly crushed and pressed into stainless steel tanks where the juice was fermented at controlled cool temperatures to capture the intense varietal flavours. After extensive tasting trials by the winemakers, the wine was blended, finished and bottled.

Wine from three quintas – Panascal, Cruzeiro and Santo António. Dense and minty, graceful minerally fruit, seemingly soft and voluptuous initially, the tannins build in the mouth leading to a long, linear finish. Very fine.
